Glorious morning here in Alloa!
Today we launched our new Club, The Gentle Jaunters.
We did a a lovely session of mindfulness meditation to get us in the mood – then a seated warm up of our stretching exercises and then we moved on to walking, balancing strength growing moves… loved this first session! And what a lovely group of diverse people, ages and abilities – same time next week all!
Our Gardening Club starts Tomorrow!
Lots of interest in this new Club starting – and if the weather is anything like today, the sun will shine!
